Using PSInfo from SysInternals/Microsoft you can create a CSV listing of all servers and their uptimes.

C:\psinfo @C:\Servers.txt uptime -c > C:\Uptimes.txt

Where C:\Sservers.txt contains a list of server names 1 per line
